Acceptable Use Policy

1. PROHIBITED CONTENT

1.1 Intellectual Property Violations

You may NOT rarify, list, or distribute content that:

• Infringes copyright — Content you do not own or have rights to use
• Violates trademarks — Unauthorized use of logos, brand names, or marks
• Misappropriates trade secrets — Proprietary information obtained improperly
• Violates publicity rights — Unauthorized use of someone's name, image, or likeness

1.2 Illegal Content

You may NOT rarify, list, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Contains instructions for illegal activities
• Relates to illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
• Facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing

1.3 Harmful Content

You may NOT rarify, list, or distribute content that:

• Depicts minors inappropriately — Any sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving individuals under 18
• Promotes violence — Graphic violence, gore, or content inciting violence against individuals or groups
• Contains hate speech — Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Harasses or bullies — Content targeting specific individuals with harassment, threats, or intimidation
• Promotes self-harm — Content encouraging suicide, eating disorders, or self-injury
• Contains malware — Viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other harmful code

1.4 Fraudulent Content

You may NOT rarify, list, or distribute content that:

• Misrepresents authorship — Claiming to be the creator when you are not
• Falsifies AI disclosure — Misrepresenting the level of AI involvement
• Impersonates others — Pretending to be another person or entity
• Deceives buyers — Misleading descriptions, hidden defects, or false claims
• Involves stolen art — Known stolen or plagiarized works

1.5 Adult Content

All Adult Content Must:

• Be properly tagged/categorized
• Not involve minors in any way
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Not be displayed to users who have not verified age
• Not appear in default search results or homepage

1.6 Spam and Low-Quality Content

You may NOT:

• Submit duplicate or near-duplicate content repeatedly
• Mass-produce low-effort content to game the system
• Use automated tools to create or submit content without authorization
• Submit content that provides no genuine creative or artistic value

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

2.1 Market Manipulation

You may NOT engage in:

• Wash trading — Buying and selling your own RADs to inflate volume
• Price manipulation — Coordinated efforts to artificially inflate or deflate prices
• Shill bidding — Using alternate accounts to bid on your own listings
• Front-running — Using non-public information to gain trading advantages
• Pump and dump schemes — Artificially promoting then selling assets

2.2 Platform Abuse

You may NOT:

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use bots or automated tools without authorization
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
• Interfere with other users' ability to use the Platform
• Overload our systems with excessive requests

2.3 Circumvention

You may NOT:

• Attempt to remove or disable Ghost Bug protection
• Circumvent royalty enforcement mechanisms
• Bypass payment systems or fees
• Tamper with smart contracts or blockchain records
• Manipulate VERAS quality scores

3. ENFORCEMENT

3.1 Enforcement Actions

3.2 Graduated Response

For most violations, we follow a graduated response:

1. First offense: Warning + content removal
2. Second offense: 7-day suspension + content removal
3. Third offense: 30-day suspension + content removal
4. Fourth offense: Permanent termination

4. APPEALS

4.1 Right to Appeal

You may appeal enforcement actions within thirty (30) days of receiving notice.

4.2 Appeal Process

1. Submit appeal via email to appeals@sphering3.com
2. Include: Your account information, the enforcement action you are appealing, why you believe the action was incorrect, and any supporting evidence
3. Review: We will review within 10 business days
4. Decision: You will receive a written response

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

5.1 How to Report

If you encounter content or conduct violating this AUP:

• On Platform: Use the "Report" button on any listing or profile

5.2 What Happens After Reporting

1. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
2. We review the report within 48-72 hours
3. We take appropriate action if violation is confirmed
4. We notify you of the outcome (if you provided contact info)
