FIND resolves the permanent transaction. UNLOCK satisfies the user-defined access policy. The device-local Vault remains the home, while any Continuarium mirror remains a separate and explicit choice.

Mint completes → COFA dispatches → the user acknowledges receipt → ABACUS and TRANSLOG seat and close the transaction.

Canonical act and public receipt

The canonical artifact hash and governed metadata bind to a Polygon transaction receipt for independent, tamper-evident comparison. The artifact remains governed through its authorized preservation and recovery destinations.

CAP-1 connects authenticity, integrity, provenance, timestamp, survivability, and reproducibility to the transaction record.
